We are looking for a Content & Marketing Specialist who can produce quality and appealing videos for our company.

What you'll do

As the Content & Marketing Specialist, your general missions will be:

• Creation and production of video content for all channels, especially YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok.
• Help in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Work closely with our content manager to create moving contents that are tailored to the respective communication strategy.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the content and improve their formats accordingly.
• Stay current on the industry's best practices and marketing trends to continuously improve and innovate our marketing strategies.

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years in video production.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills as all content must be written in English and French.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.
• You are a continuous learner, curious about the latest trends in video production.
• You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Collaboratively. Weekly AHOM, written weekly, quick biweekly video status meetings. Basecamp and Trello managed projects. We work as a team to help make our product better.

• Screening call: 30-minute with Marina, our Head of People & Culture to get to know you, discuss your motivation & fit for the role.
• Take home technical Test
• Hiring Manager interview: 45min with Tricia, our Head of Marketing to assess your technical skills.
• Kadry: 30-minute interview with Kadry, our COO to discuss the company goals, your career aspirations and your fit with our company culture.
