⭐ Role Overview

We're laying the groundwork for continued expansion in 2024 by adding great people to our team who can help us grow in the vacation rental industry. We're looking for an exceptional Content Marketing Specialist to join us and help the DACH-market grow! at a critical time of growth!

As a Content Marketing Specialist you love writing quality content as a means of delivering qualified leads and positioning Lodgify as a go-to source of information for vacation rental owners.

You'll be required to produce a wide variety of content across different formats and channels. You will also flex your talents in project management strategic marketing data analysis and reporting.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

• Being creative and engaging. We live in the AI and ChatGPT era. If we want our content to stand out and provide true value to our audience we need to be creative and engaging. Your goal is to understand the pain points of your audience keep them engaged and interested and help them find solutions through your content.

• Writing editing and proofreading.A lot. Every day. On deadline. You'll be producing content across a variety of formats and channels with the focus on blog posts guides and ebooks but also webinars case studies social media newsletters and more.

• Building strong relationships with relevant figures within the vacation rental industry and exploring content collaboration opportunities like guest posts interviews and webinars.

• Analyzing the performance of your content (in terms of traffic qualified leads and several additional KPIs) creating reports to keep track improving the performance of the german market and sharing the results with the rest of the team.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

• Native level of German.

• Very good level of English both written and spoken.

• At least 3 years of experience writing content in different formats including long-form blog posts and guides eBooks case studies translations and newsletters.

• Experience with SEO tools (e.g. Semrush Ahrefs Ubersuggest Screaming Frog) analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics Google Search Console) marketing automation software (e.g. HubSpot) and CMS platforms (e.g.: WordPress).

• You have a track record for producing content that delivers qualified leads and improves brand awareness and you've helped define and been accountable to clear goals and KPIs.

• Love for content creation teamwork problem-solving and organizational skills data-driven mindset as well as that self-motivation to overcome any obstacle.

• You can work great in a diverse team and are open to different approaches and opinions.
