Job Description:

As a Content Moderation associate you will be the front-line, ensuring and maintaining the quality and policy adherence of contents on Poshmark. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to develop a new team and to have a significant impact on the Poshmark marketplace and user experience.

This is an entry level position. **Candidates must be able to do Wednesday-Sunday shift.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess flagged content on the platform.

• Investigate and resolve user appeals following enforcement actions.

• Proactively identify fraud trends and propose new processes/rules to catch these trends.

• Work closely with other teams to refine and create new processes for handling users who violate our content policies.

• Review and handle notices of alleged IP infringement from brands and other rights owners.

• Other duties as assigned

6-Month Accomplishments:

• Understand the internal tools and systems.

• Excel in identifying counterfeit listings and suspicious behaviors.

• Independently handle manual review with ease.

• Meet productivity and quality expectations.

12+ Month Accomplishments:

• Ability to handle escalated cases.

• Mentor and support new associates.

• Take on additional responsibilities in order to support operations.

• Ability to provide input to improve and streamline processes.
