Job Description
Location: Fully Onsite in Liberty Lake, WA
Available Shift Schedules: 
- Sunday - Thursday
- 8 AM - 4 PM
- 4 PM - 12 AM
- Tuesday - Saturday
- 8 AM - 4 PM
- 4 PM - 12 AM

You will work within the Compliance Team and contribute to the success of the organization by identifying and seeking solutions for acceptable content.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate fluency in company policies and procedures, code of conduct, and community guidelinesÂ

Review live streams for content looking for sensitive activity that violates the terms and conditions of the platformÂ

Review submissions for appropriateness to company policies and proceduresÂ
-
Make classification/reporting decisions per specific rulesÂ
-
Demonstrate a keen attention to detail resulting in high-quality work productÂ
-
Follow instructions, apply guidelines, and work independentlyÂ
-
Manage time well to complete assigned projects, assist teammates, and meet strict deadlinesÂ
-
Work within a team, communicating effectively with colleaguesÂ
-
Attend regular team meetings and other relevant meetingsÂ
-
Provide expert feedback to teammates, Manager, and others within the companyÂ
Â
What we are Looking for:

At least 6 months of experience in a moderator role with above-average KPIs is preferredÂ

Demonstrated ability to make quick decisions based on inputs availableÂ

Prior job experience in a related field preferredÂ

Mature and professional demeanor while viewing and addressing a variety of content and user situationsÂ

Logical problem-solving skillsÂ

Strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environmentÂ

Demonstrated adaptability and a positive approach to challengesÂ

Superior written and verbal communication, customer service, and time management skillsÂ

Excellent Computer skills and ability to navigate the internetÂ

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Â

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay for this position is $16-$19 per hour with eligibility for overtime. This estimate is dependent on a variety of factors. This position will also include profit sharing, which also depends on a variety of factors.
