About the Team
The Communications team is a dynamic set of self-starters responsible for ensuring Miro's unique story is told far and wide. This role will report to Miro's Head of Corporate Content and will be a key member of the team, overseeing the day-to-day editorial operations to help ensure that our content production, publication, and distribution processes are collaborative, efficient, consistent, and reliable.
Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs, and we look for talent that wants to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with two days a week in office culture as our baseline.

As Content Operations Manager, you'll support the Communications team's efforts to drive brand awareness by showcasing Miro's unique perspective on and solutions for modern innovation challenges through content on the MiroBlog and in media publications. You'll also play a crucial role in scaling our content in order to reach and engage more of our target audiences.
What you'll do
- Manage the Corporate Content editorial calendar. Work with Communications teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain an editorial calendar that strikes a balance of thought leadership, product, partner, SEO, and company content that attracts and engages target audiences
- Direct the content production process. Draft article briefs, manage deliverables from freelance writers, establish and ensure adherence to production process and delivery timelines, and publish approved content via the CMS
- Maintain high-quality standards. Contribute to and lead freelancers in editing articles to ensure adherence to editorial guidelines and maintain a high level of content quality
- Support content distribution opportunities. Collaborate with the Content Strategy Lead and partners across Marketing to identify, test, and activate distribution channels for the team's top-of-funnel content to increase its reach and visibility
- Track impact. Partner with the Content Strategy Lead and Head of Corporate Content to define, track, and report progress against performance targets; leverage data and insights to continually improve the impact of the MiroBlog, specifically, and the team's top-of-funnel content, generally
- Contribute to team efficiency and effectiveness. Support content operations related to annual / bi-annual thought leadership campaigns
What you'll need
- 5+ years of content creation/marketing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS/technology space; strong, working knowledge of SEO best practices is a must and social media experience is a plus
- An exceptional record of project management, with comfort and experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and optimizing processes for efficiency and impact
- Experience writing and editing materials on a wide range of topics and formats, and the ability to guide and edit others' work based on established editorial standards
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners to set expectations, drive alignment, and achieve business objectives
- Experience managing outside contractors through the completion of deliverables - managing assignments, troubleshooting coordination, and resolving bandwidth conflicts to maximize output
- Familiarity with common content management systems (e.g. Contentful, WordPress) and style guides (e.g. AP)
