The Job Details
The Marketing Content Producer plays a critical role in executing the content strategy that supports Logiwa’s demand generation, brand awareness, thought leadership and product campaigns. Focusing on social media and public relatons, you will create original and engaging content for our social media accounts and coordinate the development and distribution of content for our target media. You will be responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions. A deep interest in current social media trends is required to be successful in this role.
What You’ll Do:Â
- Work closely with senior marketing leaders and outside PR resources to execute Logiwa’s PR strategy
- Create content suitable for the various social media platforms, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, ensuring every piece aligns with our brand voice
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
- Use social media to engage customers, partners and industry influencers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives
- Monitor social media and company website metrics
- Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers via social media channels
- Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
- Research and fact-check data on assigned topics. Research may include conducting interviews with internal subject matter experts, partners or customers.
- Manage editorial calendar and deadlines to ensure earned or owned content is completed and submitted on deadline
- Maintain a working understanding of the industry, and industry and competitive news
You Have:
- 5+ years in a content marketing or writing role in a B2B tech and/or SaaS company
- In-depth knowledge of and experience working with style guides, such as Chicago Style or AP Style
- Excellent command of the English language, especially the rules of syntax, punctuation and grammar
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy, with proven experience creating effective content on platforms like Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Working knowledge of PR processes and methods, and the ability to work with PR specialists to drive projects to completion
- Experience working with creative tools like Adobe
- Excellent research and analytical skillsÂ
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- The ability to work collaboratively, both within your own team and with executives of other departments
- A BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a similar field, or a combination of experience and education/training equivalent to a four-year college degree
