About the Job:

We are hiring a Content Production Manager for our Professional Services team and are looking for a creative and innovation professional who can drive strategic projects across EMEA and North America. Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the content production process for the Learning and Enablement team within Professional Services, which includes live and online technical curricula for LaunchDarkly customers, partners, and team members.

  • Program manage the Learning and Enablement technical training portfolio, which consists of goal setting, stakeholder management, workstream and stakeholder coordination, status updates, and project management within Asana.

  • Maintain a release schedule and act as a liaison with the Product team to make sure all training content is updated and launched in a timely manner.

  • Establish metrics and share the overall health of the Learning Enablement portfolio by monitoring data related to learning effectiveness, value, and impact.

  • Own the design and refinement of team processes and documentation, ensuring that we work, improve, and scale intelligently

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in technical program management, including the demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the design and development of learning programs across delivery mediums and content types (mobile learning, eLearning, video, gamification, virtual learning, live simulation, and live classroom)

  • Proven ability to create and refine team processes and documentation practices

  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in instructional design, including training task analysis, writing objectives, curriculum and lesson planning/design, implementation, and evaluation

  • Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, and other course development models

  • Proven ability to define, track, and communicate learning effectiveness metrics to improve curriculum and ensure overall impact and value

  • Experience working with a technical audience such as software developers, implementers, and administrators

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with anyone in the organization

  • Proven ability to accept, manage, and act on feedback from collaborators, instructors, and end-users

  • Ability to rapidly balance priorities in a fast-paced environment and exercise independent judgment in the performance of duties

  • High standards for work quality, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer education or partner education settings

  • Experience developing and/or managing the production of software training

Education:

  • BS or MA in Instructional Design (or similar) with a computer software background; or BS or MA in Computer Science (or similar) with an instructional design background; or equivalent experience.
