In this dynamic position, you will lead the end-to-end production, publication, and maintenance of content across our Payments products, ensuring every digital touchpoint is accurate, accessible, and compliant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Publish pre-approved content to production environments, including digital adoption platforms and content management systems
  • Create and test digital adoption content (tours, walkthroughs, SmartTips) using scripts provided by content strategists and writers
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all published content for accuracy, formatting, functionality, and accessibility compliance
  • Coordinate with technical teams to test new or updated content and troubleshoot deployment issues
  • Manage version control of all published materials in collaboration with the content strategy team
  • Archive retired or outdated content according to established processes and retention policies
  • Coordinate translation workflows and upload localized versions to publishing platforms
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure translated content renders correctly in production environments
  • Partner with content writers to validate content accuracy through structured review and testing processes
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to content display, navigation, and interactive elements

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years experience with content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to catch formatting, technical, and content errors
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to validate compliance
  • Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with version control processes and content archiving
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and multi-language content deployment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries
  • Proficiency with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic troubleshooting
  • Experience with content testing methodologies and QA processes
