Job Description
Peloton is currently looking for a Content Program Management Intern, which is a dynamic role focused on supporting the delivery of project work optimizing Pelotonās Global Studio team systems and operations. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join an outstanding team of Program Management professionals owning an exciting variety of project work that continuously improve the Planning, Scheduling, and Production pillars of Peloton Studios.
INTERNSHIP OVERVIEWPelotonās 10-week-long summer internship program, which takes place from July to September, will allow the intern to put classroom learnings into practice at one of the most innovative companies in the world.
Pelotonās internship curriculum focuses on professional advancement opportunities (think networking and mentorship), skillset development, and on-the-job training across departments. This position will have a counterpart in the London HQ office and will have the opportunity to partake in NYC Internship events attended by interns from all Peloton departments (in and out of Content).

PELOTON TEAM OVERVIEWThe Content Business Solutions Program Management team is responsible for delivering Pelotonās internal Content projects on-time, complete and to the highest of standards. Managing timelines, tracking risks and decisions and coordinating all workstreams together across Peloton. Communication is a critical part of the role, expressing clearly and with consistency each stage and milestone.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON- Support the CBS Program Management team in leading Content system and operations projects
- Set-up and maintain project plans and resources; act as key point-of-contact in assigned projects
- Support PM team in preparing and facilitating cross-functional project team meetings with key stakeholders both within and outside of the Content organization at Peloton
- Develop effective working relationships with and between cross-functional team members and key Peloton stakeholders
- Share weekly program communications with the project team and key stakeholders (email update, status dashboard, budget tracking, etc.)
- Ensure that program documentation quality follows quality standards, procedure and process
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline - Graduation of Spring ā24
- Prior work experience with focus on problem-solving and/or project management (i.e. previous internship(s) and/or relevant schoolwork)
- Ability to work 40 hrs/week in the NYC office in a hybrid work environment (i.e. requirement of 3 in-office days, Wed-Thu, with Mon and Fri as optional remote work days)
- Confidence presenting to project teams (experience presenting in internship setting a bonus)
- Highly organized with ability to concisely communicate program updates to different audiences
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a can-do attitude
- Self-starter who is able to identify gaps and opportunities to create more efficient processes
- Excellent team player with high emotional intelligence and active listening skills
- Confluence, SmartSheet, Google Suite experience a plus
Base Salary: $23/ Hr
The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
