Job Description

As the Content Program Manager, you will own the execution of omni-channel initiatives to engage and bring value to our end-users at scale. You will be highly cross-functional and work closely with teams in Customer Success, Marketing and Product to coordinate activities, messaging and execution. You will also own reporting for the User Engagement Team and be responsible for tracking and sharing impact to the business. 

The Content Program Manager will report into the User Engagement & Advocacy Team under Customer Success.

The impact you will have: 

  • Own project management, execution and results tracking of select user engagement campaigns, including webinars, emails and resource guide developments, to drive adoption and expansion of Databricks usage and sophistication 
  • Support the development of new user engagement campaigns and the optimization of ongoing campaigns 
  • Own the development and maintenance of team processes and templates for scalable efficiency
  • Serve as the team’s webinar guru from set up to email messaging to delivery
  • Manage the support email fulfilment, from intaking requests to editing the emails in order to deliver a clear and concise message to our customers and coordinating deployment of emails 

What we look for:  

  • 2+ year of B2B work experience in CRM, communications, marketing (demand gen, marketing operations, or product marketing), customer success, or related areas of focus
  • Experience in project management across multiple teams
  • Strong attention to details and deadlines  
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent business editing and content development skills
  • Positive contributor to team and company culture
