Content Project Director

This role sits at the intersection of digital transformation, content operations, and large-scale program leadership, driving complex, multi-workstream initiatives within a highly regulated environment. You will oversee the successful delivery of transformation pilot projects that integrate AI-enabled tools, omnichannel content, and advanced digital platforms. The position requires strong coordination across global stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution. You will play a critical role in establishing governance frameworks, managing risk, and ensuring readiness for enterprise-scale adoption. The environment is fast-paced, globally distributed, and highly collaborative, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work directly influences digital content innovation and operational excellence.

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent transformation pilot projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, including business sponsors, IT leaders, workstream leads, vendors, and executive committees, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Define and maintain project governance structures, quality assurance frameworks, and compliance standards aligned with regulated industry requirements.
• Establish transition and readiness criteria across workstreams, including RACI design, capability mapping, and training requirements.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, particularly across technical, operational, vendor, and data-related dimensions.
• Oversee budget tracking, resource planning, and financial escalation management for large-scale transformation programs.
• Drive change and adoption activities in collaboration with change management teams, including training, communications, and AI adoption enablement.
• Ensure continuous improvement of project plans, maintaining accurate documentation of milestones, risks, issues, and action logs throughout delivery cycles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Digital, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in global project or program management, ideally within transformation or shared services environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream, high-risk programs in large-scale organizations.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with executive sponsors and cross-functional global teams.
• Experience in digital content, omnichannel operations, AI-enabled solutions, or content transformation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management, financial oversight, and resource allocation for large programs.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and quality standards in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Jasper AI, Workfront, or similar tools is a plus.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
