Content Strategist

Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America seeks a Content Strategist at our office in New York, NY to lead the digital content strategy while partnering with UX designers, creatives, product owners and technologists, to create and deliver experiences that fall in line with our mission of supporting internal and external audiences. Conduct content audits, research, and content gap analysis to ensure that user experiences are consistent and in-line with industry best practices and enterprise needs. Shape, create, and develop digital content experiences for our U.S. and U.S. Hispanic users and stakeholders. Strategize, plan, write, and present content for existing and emerging mobile and web experiences. Create consistent, on-brand messaging that clearly articulates the benefits of our products and services, while streamlining operational tasks for internal and external audiences. Develop clear and concise content to reach business goals targeting B2B and B2C audiences interested in financial products, retirement, insurance, and investment solutions. Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Media Management, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field of study and 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, the company will accept a Master's degree in an acceptable field and 3 years of acceptable experience. Base Pay Range: $155,300/yr. - $196,500/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
