As a Content Strategist on the OLIVER team, you will be working on creative messaging for a leading consumer-packaged goods on their Content and Production team. As an ideal candidate, you are a natural storyteller who can understand client briefs, identify unspoken needs, and refine information in a clear and actionable manner. In this role, you will translate the brand priorities to all levels of deliverables including low/high funnel tactics, steering strategic thought by aligning creative messaging with consumers, industry, and cultural trends.  

What you will be doing:  

  • Collaborating with regional content and production leads to assist with all e-commerce creative processes that would improve, local activation brief development, message mapping, and editorial calendar functions  
  • Meeting clients regularly to review and discuss campaign performance, offering insights to trends, reviewing reports and compiling monthly and quarterly business reviews 
  • Manage social listening at a regional level  
  • Understanding the global strategy  
  • Knowledge on multi-region exposure to inform a localization brief 

What you need to be great in this role:   

  • 8+ years of experience as a Content Strategist, or similar role  
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and deliverables 
  • Proficient in digital/social trends across multi-channel audiences  
  • Focusing on social media innovation  
  • Background in eCommerce asset selection  
  • Thorough knowledge of ecommerce integration with the eCommerce funnel parameters  
  • Ability to analyze complex information or broad ideas into simple and actionable insights  
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal  
  • Experienced in strategically presenting ideas to clients.  
  • Having a team player mentality with a client centric focus  
  • The ability to build strong and effective working relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude  
  • Proficient in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Marketing Platform (CMP - Workflow) technologies a plus 
  • Knowledge of CPG  
  • Knowledge shopper marketing is a plus
