Content Strategist

About the Role:

10Pearls is looking for a Content Strategist to create and develop captivating and engaging content to connect with its B2B audiences across different verticals. You'll create, plan, and execute marketing content to drive inbound leads, mindshare, thought leadership, and brand awareness for 10Pearls.

Your core responsibility will be to write, edit, and create content for blog posts, videos, articles, social media, newsletters, websites, and landing pages.  

On a day-to-day basis, you will build and manage an editorial calendar that delivers content aligned with the company’s objectives and business goals. You will ensure that all content is on-brand — in terms of style, quality, and tone and they optimize the content for search engines and social promotion. As the content marketing specialist, you will also work closely with our SEO manager to optimize and track the performance of our content.

We are looking for someone strategic with expertise in writing content—a storyteller who can connect the dots and transform our audience insights into content that converts.

Your Day to Day:

• Play a vital role in turning service offerings and the value they provide to our buyers into conversion copy and go-to-market campaigns
• Creating creative and engaging content across digital sites and media platforms - blogs, articles, video content, optimizing for paid and organic social platforms, web, landing pages, email marketing, and channel execution for campaigns
• Curate insights and expertise generated by internal subject-matter experts into marketing content and campaigns
• Utilize different delivery mediums, such as live video and infographics, to deliver content in engaging and unique ways
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to deliver strategic content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
• Work closely with SEO and performance marketing team to monitor and analyze content performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance content/campaign effectiveness

What Our Team is Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B growth marketing (technology services preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in a similar role, with publicly available content samples, preferably in a technology domain
• Ability to collaborate across various teams in a fast-paced work environment: you should be highly organized and like making work happen in ambiguous environments
• Comfortable presenting ideas and reports to stakeholder groups and leadership
• Proven ability to solve challenging problems with creative ideas and persistence
