We’re looking for a writer with strong copywriting and content strategy chops to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate is confident writing across all marketing channels, in-app touchpoints, and paid and social media. You can craft compelling, effective messages to reach our diverse audience (including riders and drivers) at every stage of their customer journey.

As a Content Strategist, you’ll write content for Product Marketing, partner with Product and Content Design stakeholders, work with external agencies, and collaborate closely with our Brand team to ensure consistency in our communication and integrated campaigns. You love finding opportunities to sharpen strategies, drive measurable results, and solve business problems in delightful ways.

You are a champion for our brand voice, and you understand the power of words to move people—in the emotional way, and in the get-off-your-butt-and-do-stuff way. You can express complex ideas in simple, clear, friendly language. And you know how to translate boring-sounding marketing objectives into culturally relevant and engaging product marketing campaigns.

You must provide a link to your portfolio to be considered for this role. Join us!
