Position Overview
The Experiential Programs team is looking for a Senior Manager, Content Strategy and Operations to lead learning content planning, strategy, and operations for the One Team Program, including the One Team Conference for in-person and online attendees. In this role you'll report to the Senior Manager, Program Strategy and lead collaboration efforts across COO teams necessary for One Team content review and selection. You'll develop and drive a review process that meets content strategy goals, serves the needs of One Team audiences, and effectively supports a year-round engagement effort. As such, you'll play a critical role in designing and managing the OTC experience. You'll drive content development efforts that strengthen Autodesk's go-to-market motions. And you'll help inform practices and program design for other Autodesk flagship events.
The Experiential Programs team is part of a broader Global Brand Experience team within Autodesk's Worldwide Marketing organization. The Global Brand Experience team delivers world-class experiences that strengthen engagement and relationships with Autodesk. This includes events that are live, digital, and hybrid-from customer briefings and Autodesk brand activations to our employee, sales, and channel conference offerings, to an array of events for customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Operations Planning & Strategy: Build and manage the learning content operations plan for our annual partner meetings and trainings-including in-person and online content strategy
- Program Management: Work with partners on the Experiential Programs team to create and manage processes and protocols to source and select learning content
- Develop cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans, and thoughtfully planned workstreams for content planning
- Support content production and speaker/contributor planning
- Stakeholder Management: Manage coordination, execution, and support of internal teams, including monitoring scope, relationships, and deliverables across stakeholders
- Administration: Coordinate and maintain program tools and resources. Lead team meetings, including agenda development, content preparation and tracking action items
- Reporting: Deliver post event reports with data-driven analysis including attendee feedback, goal attainment, and recommendations for future event improvements and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high performing content experiences for internal and external learning audiences
- Ability to manage and facilitate core teams and cross-org collaborations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proven, successful project manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others and drive decisions to closure
- Highly experienced in meeting facilitation and assimilating team dynamics to drive effective collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizer who takes the initiative and can work independently to achieve goals established in a team environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to present to all position levels, from individual contributors to executives
- Highly positive attitude with a make it happen collaborative teamwork approach
- Lifelong learner to see the big picture and continue to ask questions and think strategically
- Self-directed, relationship-oriented program lead, willing to take initiative, propose ideas and solution, make decisions and resolve issues
- Detail-oriented, results-oriented and pragmaticbut knows when to innovative
- A team player who works well individually and with others, willing and able to handle critique
