In this critical role, you will define and scale communication strategies that connect the organization’s priorities with its audiences. You will take charge of developing content frameworks that not only represent brand vision and facilitate executive communications but also advance corporate initiatives. Accountabilities

  • Own and lead short and long-term strategy for content frameworks driving brand vision and business outcomes.
  • Manage executive thought leadership content, including bylines, LinkedIn content, and editorial pieces.
  • Build scalable content systems that embody business objectives and support executive communications.
  • Translate business priorities into clear, audience-appropriate communications as a strategic writing partner.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and narrative across corporate materials with editorial oversight.
  • Support internal communications related to leadership messaging and organizational priorities.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in executive communications, content strategy, and corporate storytelling.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to connect business goals to compelling narratives.
  • Proven track record in developing and ghostwriting content for senior executives.
  • Experience in or adjacent to healthcare, policy, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines while upholding editorial standards.
