About the role:

Our global team of Content Writers will be on the forefront of exciting AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology while helping to edit Bot responses and shape future performance.

An ideal candidate will have a strong interest in research, creative writing and must be a fluent speaker of English. This role will tap into your curiosity and keep you engaged with interesting content!

As part of your work on this project, you may be exposed to sensitive or generative AI content that may include violent, offensive, sexual or disturbing written material.

This role is 100% onsite in Mesa, AZ with a desirable Mon-Fri schedule.

What you will do:

• Improve deficient text using your imagination, knowledge, skills and your incredible ability to research and investigate information
• Write text in many formats which will engage all readers
• Review text and consider how best to improve it through research and creative writing
• Interpret and follow content guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Degree in Linguistics, Communications Science, Journalism or related Language fields is preferred
• Experience annotating data with linguistic, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, phonetic information, depending on the requirements of the project
• Native-level proficiency in English.

• Interest in self-learning and an orientation to researching solutions
• Strong interest in Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year work experience or internship preferred.
