The Content Writer will create, edit, and oversee content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Email, Push Notifications & In-app), enhancing Busha's brand perception, growth and engagement through innovative storytelling and clear communication. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with a deep understanding of crypto and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging and consistent content.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish high-quality content for Busha’s LinkedIn, email newsletters, push notifications, and in-app communications.

Create customer email journeys to convert new customers to active users and improve the overall customer lifespan.

Brand Storytelling: Develop brand-centered narratives that connect with target audiences, aligning with Busha's mission, values, and voice.

Platform Management: Strategically plan, post, and manage content on assigned platforms; LinkedIn, push notifications, Busha's own in-app and email channels.

Campaign Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that supports brand campaigns, product launches, and other strategic initiatives.

SEO & Market Research: Keep up with relevant keywords, conduct regular market research and stay up to date with all crypto trends and industry news, ensuring that Busha is always one of the first to release important crypto updates. To keep content relevant and visible.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyse content performance metrics, using insights to adjust strategies and improve future content.

Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to community interactions across platforms, fostering positive relationships and encouraging brand loyalty.

Candidate Must Have;

● 3-5 years of experience in content writing, preferably within the tech, finance, or cryptocurrency industry.

● Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital finance concepts.

● Creativity: Ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with brand objectives.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and creativity.

● Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.

● Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform content and strategy decisions.
