WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking an experienced Content Writer with a strong background in writing for SaaS product companies within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling and informative content across various formats, including datasheets, case studies, success stories, blog articles, website and landing page content, and technical documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and produce high-quality content tailored to the hospitality industry, highlighting our SaaS product offerings and services
• Create engaging and informative datasheets, case studies, success stories, blog articles, and website content
• Write and edit international technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand content requirements and deliverables
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic to our website
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in content writing, including AI tools like ChatGPT, and incorporate them into the content creation process
• Conduct thorough research to understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitor strategies
• Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and aligns with the company’s brand voice and style guidelines

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a content writer, preferably in a SaaS product company within the hospitality industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types, including technical documentation, case studies, blog articles, and web content
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience using SEO tools
• Familiarity with the latest content writing trends and tools, including AI-based writing tools like ChatGPT
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
