Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Content Writer to build out key content within our product. Reporting into the Product Management team, the Content Writer will help lead our customers to success by replicating and loading their traditional paper materials and processes into ShiftCare. You will partner with our product and customer success teams and clients to solve problems, think strategically, and create material within Shiftcare. You will assist and collaborate with teammates in the development of customer content.
- Create and curate customer content using the latest technology and innovative techniques.
- Build and maintain valued relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop instructionally sound knowledge, skill, and job performance
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years demonstrated content writing experience
- You have a great command of the English language and has strong writing experience (ideally with experience using platforms like Articulate360)
- Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to all levels within the organisation, including senior leadership.
- Comfortable with hybrid document formats and engaging with diverse customer levels.
- B2B and SaaS experience will be preferred
