Who We're Looking For:

Given our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a hungry and hands-on Content Writer to join our Marketing team to help take our organic presence to the next level. In this role, you will report to our Head of Web & Organic Growth Marketing and work closely with other Marketing team’s experts on content, product marketing and marketing technology, as well as with our web design & web development team. You will coordinate various internal content-driven projects and play a key role in the overall long-form content and website plans & targets.

This is a diverse role that mixes strategy and hands-on work in our content management platforms, and the role requires excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills. You’re excited to learn, grow and be mentored on all things content, SEO and website best practices to improve the site’s overall ranking and search visibility in the AI Service Experience industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with our Head of Web & Organic GrowthMarketing to support organizational goals and meet quarterly content deliverable targets for top of funnel and middle of funnel assets.
• Write high-quality blog posts that deliver incredible value to our readers and rank well on Google.
• Conduct timely Content Gap Analysis to find opportunities in how Aisera can continue to create a full-funnel buyer journey with content
• Support with content for Industry, Solution, Product, Ads Landing Pages
• Support with use case specific Solution Brief that can be leveraged for Sales Enablement
• Support with Ads Copy that can drive more engagement, click-throughs and conversions for Ads (Google, Bing, LinkedIN)
• Own the topic research and content calendar for Net New Long-Form Content around Problem Unaware & Problem Aware topics
• Revise content as necessary to meet our content quality standards.
• Research topics to improve your knowledge, expand upon topics, and strengthen originality of content.
• Work with internal and external subject matter experts if necessary to ensure content is accurate and purposeful in supporting business goals.
• Helping with Content uploads to Wordpress (CMS) and Hushly (Resource Hub), checking and publishing website content as a second pair of eyes
• Attend meetings with senior management and present work updates as and when needed

• B2B Tech, Start-up or SaaS experience a must-have
• Experience writing long-form, comprehensive blog content that addresses its target keyword’s search intent.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team.
• Team player, able to work with a global marketing team and execute on a local level and collaborate on marketing actions
• A keen eye for detail, strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to write in American English with native-level proficiency.
• Bonus: Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, metrics, analytics and reporting methods
