Content Writer

The Customer Success organization is focused on ensuring clients receive the maximum value from our products and our experts in Product Education, Implementation, Advisory and Support to deliver business outcomes. Together, the teams are focused on retaining and growing our client base. 

This role is within the Product Education team. This team is responsible for creating and delivering product training to our clients and VTS employees, and driving product understanding throughout the customer journey to enhance user adoption.

As our Content Writer, you will work on our Product Education team to research, create, and publish both internal and external help guides, e-learning content, monthly release notes, as well as other education materials to support learning, drive adoption, and create value for every customer.  

Every day you will write new content as well as audit existing content for clarity, consistency in messaging and accuracy.  In addition to writing content for internal and general external audiences, you will occasionally work with customers to create customer specific branded guides and education materials. You will collaborate with other content writers, graphic designers, product development, as well as subject matter experts to validate accuracy of content. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining consistent brand messaging, voice, and tone across all channels by writing clear, engaging, and detailed copy that is aligned with our brand ideals. 

To thrive in this role you must have: Excellent writing and communication skills with an editorial mindset and strong attention to detail in copy editing and proofreading. Also, experience as a Product Content Writer (or similar role) with proven ability to work with technical documents and distill complex concepts and technical language (jargon) into content that is easily understood. This team thrives on proactive and positive attitudes with emphasis on continuous learning and ability to both deliver and receive feedback. Successful Product Content Writers have an excellent ability to manage time and priorities to meet all deadlines.
