Knowledge Management Specialist or Content Writer is a skill that involves creating, editing and publishing engaging and relevant content for various audiences and platforms. As a content writer, you may work with different clients who have different goals, expectations, and preferences for their content.

Our Software Support Engineers are an essential part of keeping our customers up and running with our solutions, with their passion and know-how of Esko Software as they dazzle the customers with their technical ability to resolve even the most daring challenges in no time.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Responsible for researching topics, creating style guides for a company’s content.

• Writing content that helps drive conversions based on the organization’s goals.

• Research industry related topics

• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.

• Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products.

• Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts.

• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.

• Collaborate with other departments on content creation.

• Collaborate with blended learning team and helping with interactive learning modules.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

• Good communicator

• Empathy for other people (colleagues and suppliers)

• Proactive to the problem at hand, as well as challenging how we eliminate problems in future!

• Excellent listening skills.

• Fluency in English

• Creating Modular learning Courses from handover session recording.

• Flexible to work in shifts supporting customer 24X7. To start with, it will be 18X5. Second Shift and Night Shift.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

• Any Degree with Technical writing course.

• 1 to 2 years experience.

• A quick learner.

• Analytical mindset, with a calm, methodical approach.

• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to establish and nurture strong working relationships.
