Content Writer

Sumsub has over 2,500 clients across the fintech, crypto, transportation, trading and gaming industries including Bitpanda, Wirex, Avis, Bybit, Huobi, Kaizen Gaming, and TransferGo.

Now we are looking for a Content Writer to join the team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop clear, concise, and engaging written content for various customer touch points, including onboarding guides, FAQs, product documentation, and instructional materials.

• Create step-by-step guides, tutorials, and documentation to help technical and non-technical users integrate and use the platform effectively.

• Design and write training materials, including e-learning modules, video scripts, and presentations, to assist new customers and partners in understanding our platform.

• Utilisation of visual elements across a variety of materials.

• Regularly update and optimize existing content based on user feedback, product updates, and data insights to improve the customer experience.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure content accuracy and that it addresses common customer pain points.

• Ensure that all content is aligned with the company’s brand voice and tone, delivering a consistent and professional user experience.

• Support the development of a comprehensive knowledge base and ensure content is optimized for search engines and AI search, making it easy for customers to find relevant information.

About You:

• English level C1 or higher.

• 2+ years of experience in content writing, creating technical documentation, or educational content, preferably in SaaS, tech, or identity verification industries.

• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, user-friendly way.

• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of the Atlassian products (Confluence).

• Strong understanding of documentation strategies, knowledge management and best practices.

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with identity verification processes or security technology.
• Experience with software to curate, design, create and edit graphic images and visual elements.
• Experience with video and recording software.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO/ AI search best practices and experience with knowledge base optimization.
• Theoretical/ practical knowledge of programming languages (e.g. HTML).
