Our global team of Content Writing Specialists will be Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the team on the forefront of exciting AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology while helping to edit Bot responses and shape future performance.

An ideal candidate will have a strong interest in research, creative writing and must be a fluent speaker of English. This role will tap into your curiosity and keep you engaged with interesting content!

This role is 100% onsite in Mesa, AZ with a desirable Mon-Fri schedule.

Candidates must be local to Mesa, AZ area or willing to relocate at their own expense.

What you will do:

• Review and approve custom written content from other staff and provide feedback
• Schedule and deliver Content Workshops with staff

• Interpret and follow content guidelines
• Interpret requests in terms of content and format
• Research and apply the appropriate rich and engaging content to the provided text
• Interact with the tooling environment to manage your work
• Label and categorize data in accordance with the provided guidelines

• Iterative quality check - review of own work

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Linguistics, Communications Science, Journalism, or related Language fields
• Experience annotating data with linguistic, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, phonetic information, depending on the requirements of the project

• Data Analysis
• Native-level fluency in English

• Excellent writing skills

• Strong attention to detail and good communication style
• Interest in self-learning and an orientation to researching solutions
• Strong interest in Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence

Work Experience:

• 2 or more years work experience in a related field
