ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, critical thinker with solid problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt effectively to ongoing diverse initiatives, and the aptitude to methodically prioritize tasks in order to provide coordination and support efforts for Trace3's Contingent Staffing and Vendor Management Services programs. The Contingent Staffing Specialist should be comfortable facilitating and managing intake resource requests, providing strategic sourcing recommendations in a proactive and consultive manner, engaging with service partner vendors, creating and documenting new processes, and effectively communicating requirements to internal teams. The ideal candidate is naturally solutions-oriented, optimistically embraces complex challenges, and effectively manages their time and tasks. The most suitable person for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to work both independently and as a part of a team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Document resource performance and quality feedback on service vendors.
- Ensure alignment of Trace3 and Client policies, business processes, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the Services Partner Manager in reporting contingent staffing activity, spend, and trends.Â
- Maintain accurate recorded vendor, candidate, and contractor data in Trace3's systems.Â
- Effectively use various tools and technologies to support Trace3 internal teams and vendors.
- Leverage Trace3's services partner network in order to review, qualify, and fulfill contingent staffing requests.
- Maintain database and communication channels for internal teams and external partners to access request statuses and candidate statuses.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of contingent staffing resources and vendor services partners.
- Review vendor onboarding requirements with internal teams and prospective services partners to complete vendor onboarding as required.
- Obtain statements of work and/or work orders for contractor resources from services partners and engage with internal pre-sales and post-sales operational teams to generate vendor purchase orders.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders to provide recommendations on relevant Trace3 Contingent Staffing Program services, review process expectations, and communicate requirements.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three or more years of work experience in Staff Augmentation, Contingent Staffing, or professional-services-related line of business.
- Experience providing a consultative approach to working with internal and external groups.Â
- Experience working with staffing partners and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Experience in managing processes and staying up to speed on policies for onboarding and onboarding of staffing resources.
- Experience clearly documenting qualitative and quantitative data and creating reports with the intent to distribute internally and externally.Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Experience using Smartsheet software is highly preferred.Â
