About Our Team: The Continuing Education (CE) team of 7 is on the verge of several innovations to better serve our clients and each other. The CE Coordinator will have the opportunity to be trained by a long-standing staff while also contributing to the development of new resources and procedures. As a team member, the CE Coordinator will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our ability to process continuing education credits for insurance and financial industry clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate insurance company clients, assisting with continuing education administrative-related issues
- Proactively touch base with each client every month to ensure consistent communication
- Train new instructors on expectations and responsibilities
- Submit Instructor and Course Applications for your clients
- Enter client service fees in the expense tracking system
- Maintain records of course and instructor approvals
- Maintain training materials covering all Client Coordinator responsibilities
- Support all additional miscellaneous assignments and projects necessary for the success of the CE Team
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or industry certificate or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to manage internal and external relationships
- Preferable experience in Google Workspace and Salesforce
- Extensive skills in critical thinking, attention to detail, and self-led time management
- Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets
