Here's the Gist:

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will work with the Operational Excellence team to facilitate and drive company-wide activities that drive improvements to Quality, Productivity, Cycle-Time, Process / Product Yields, Standard Work, Physical and Procedural 5S practices. This strategic leader continues to be an advocate for future operational improvements by emphasizing system thinking, new ideas, and establishes the means to efficiently acquire and analyze timely process performance information in order to drive focus on key performance indicators (KPI). A core competency of this role is the ability to relate and collaborate with all groups and roles that will enable and drive acceptance to change.

The Day-to-Day:

• Drive Continuous Improvement activities critical to each organizations KPI's.
• Maintain 5S progression and metric tracking, while deploying common methods across all groups and sites.
• Provide mentoring and training to all levels of the organization in support of Waste Elimination, Process and Flow Optimization, Standard Work, Quality and 5S compliance.
• This is a day shift M-F schedule; however, work schedule flexibility is mandatory as this role supports the activities of both day and night shift personnel.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Qualifications):

• Able to program and modify Microsoft Power BI - SharePoint content and layouts (essential requirement).
• Proven activities associated with driving 5S deployment and progression across multiple groups and or sites.
• Minimum of 10 years as a Mentor / Leader in semiconductor environments.
• Successful execution of Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma efforts and enabling efficiency, effectiveness with tangible performance benefits.
• Have history of engaging employees in problem solving in support of Continuous Improvement initiatives with a sense of urgency.
• Must be a self-starting, self-motivated, leader with highly developed interpersonal skills that blend well with all levels of the company, with excellent written and oral communication skills is vital to the position.
• Trainer and facilitation experience: classroom, workshop, kaizen, OTJ.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in science or business preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
