The Continuous Improvement Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing processes and efficiency within Cannondale and the Pon.Bike Organization. Successfully guiding, executing and implementing CI projects and set the CI roadmap for our factory.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Support Operations in setting the Operations Roadmap 3 - 5 years ahead.
- Align with plant controller on improvement opportunities from a cost perspective.
- Guidance and coaching of CI Specialist(s) during projects.
- Supporting all other project leaders that are less experienced in the field of CI.
- Supporting anyone in their project managers role.
- Execution and implementation of projects.
- Budget definition with CAPEX investments related to CI Roadmap.
- Report out on progress to the Plant MTs and Supply Chain teams on project progress and budget consumption and to the Brands (brand-ops alignment).
- Contribute to the up new strategic programs.
- Contribute to the development of capabilities that are strategically important for the future of the Brands, the Production plants and the Supply Chain.
- Bring in- an outside view to foresee future developments in the market.
- Knowing what is urgent in plants and supply chain.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across plants.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, or management.
- Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably black belt or Certified Manager Certification 1.
- Knowledge of and experience with Process optimization, Process automation in general.
- Data driven improvement.
- Knowledge on Supply chain & Procurement Organizational structures.
- Experience in SAP ERP (ECC or S4).
- Analytical Advisory skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across cultures and functions.
- Structured way of providing advice.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
