What we are Looking for
It’s a great to join L&M Corrugated! We are experiencing a lot of growth and we’re excited to really put an emphasis on our Continuous Improvement team and grow the department. We’re looking for a CI Specialist who will work closely will our Continuous Improvement Leader to analyze our processes and makes suggestions on how to improve them. This person will be a part of a team that leads the charge in change implementation, training, and efficiency projects.
Primary Responsibilities

• Working closely with every department to improve processes around the company
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction
• Planning, facilitating, and executing continuous improvement events
• Teaching, leading, and coaching cross-functional teams on L&M CI methodology
• Working to continuously improve processes both on the production floor as well as transactional by collaborating with multiple departments
• Work with employees on Kaizen events
• Build custom structures for process improvement / efficiency updates
• Establish and track metrics to show CI improvements

Education, Experience, and Attributes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An analytical mindset also evaluating how we can make a process better
