Job Description
Role Summary:
Taking care of all order management administrational responsibility like order booking, following up with customers, preparing and submitting documents, maintaining files up to date and coordinating with all internal and external parties to ensure smooth run of the contract.
Your Role:
- Book the Orders in Oracle after received from Contract Coordinator.
- Manage the project/unit sales order process through to billing, adhering to agreed turn-around times and processes working with the account team and customer to ensure satisfactory completion of orders.
- Ensure that all required documentation are submitted on-time and accurately, filed properly and current documents are on file (hard and soft copy)
- Reports the status of unit/projects on a regular basis.
- Escalate all delays and pending issue to Top management and internal groups as appropriate.
- Other customer related tasks within the allocated customer portfolio and other assignments as requested by the team leader or supervisor.
- Collaborate with and support locally based Salesman.
- Provide assistance and mentorship to new recruits and less experienced members of staff.
- Communicate or follow other department/section to ensure that customer requirements will be met. Requirement may be procedures, drawing, ISS, ITP, Material related issues, etc.
- Comply with the plant wise, sectional and individual KPI’s.
- Response to all post-order project/unit related customer queries and request.
- Provide control and maintenance to all documents which may include Customer information, project plans, certifications and etc.
- Comply with SHEA policy and report policy violation and hazards
Your Profile:
- High School / Secondary Qualification required
- With at least 1 year experience, preferably in manufacturing set-up
- With good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (outlook, word, excel, power point)
