Contract Administrator

What will you do?

• Responsible for management of contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers, partners.
• Responsible for contract drafting, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
• Negotiates the terms and conditions in contracts and ensures compliance with them. Documents any changes/amendments that may happen during execution of the contract.
• Provides support during Tender and/or Execution phases of customer projects.
• Contract support dealing with administrative, contractual, financial and tax matters through a collaboration with Project Managers and guidance of Corporate Functions.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• 5 years relevant experience of contract management experience
• Associate Degree preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
