Job Description
What will you do?
- Responsible for management of contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers, partners.
- Responsible for contract drafting, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
- Negotiates the terms and conditions in contracts and ensures compliance with them. Documents any changes/amendments that may happen during execution of the contract.
- Provides support during Tender and/or Execution phases of customer projects.
- Contract support dealing with administrative, contractual, financial and tax matters through a collaboration with Project Managers and guidance of Corporate Functions.

This position reports to the Contract Administrator, Team Leader
What qualifications will make you successful?
- 5 years relevant experience of contract management experience
- Associate Degree preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
