About the Job

As the Affiliate Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-day needs of the affiliate program. This is inclusive of collecting and distributing assets to publishers, collecting screenshots of live placements and adding them to the calendar, and making sure the current campaign is live within the network and on publisher sites.
• Weekly and monthly calls with vendors to discuss program growth
• Weekly internal reporting call outlining program performance, key placements, and upcoming events
• Booking upcoming placements in accordance with allocated budget
• Identifying new partnership opportunities and proactively reaching out to and following up with potential partners on a daily basis.
• Managing operational aspects of the affiliate program, including but not limited to billing, reporting, publisher screening/approvals, offer creation and creative asset management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Affiliate Marketing
• Attention to detail and data-driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Rakuten and Tableau
