Job Overview

We are looking for part-time candidates with outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail to assist us in reviewing and analyzing client contracts. This role involves documenting key insights notes and excerpts from each contract into a structured worksheet.

What You Will Bring

* Primarily assist our Legal team in reviewing client contracts

* Interpret contractual language for commercial agreements

* Review contracts for key terms

* Analyze and help interpret key contract clauses

* Be highly motivated and self-directed to ensure tasks are delivered promptly

* Work effectively cross-functionally with other teams and colleagues

What You Will Do

* Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or any pre-law courses

* Understanding of fundamental concepts of data privacy and/or legal contracts

* Proficient in standard American English grammar and usage both in speaking and writing

* Good time-management skills and attention to detail

Preferred but not required:

* Proven experience in contract review analysis or contract management

* Work experience in Privacy or any Legal field
