Contract Clinical Recruiter

We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our People Ops team at Talkspace.  We are looking for someone who is an expert in owning the full cycle recruitment process and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. What You'll Do

• Independently identify and reach out to potential 1099 providers for Talkspace based on their licensure and qualifications
• Guide 1099 providers through the process from first point of contact to when they sign their contracts
• Hire a designated number of 1099 therapists per month
• Correctly tag and report on hiring targets on a biweekly basis, using ATS system(s) as directed

About You

• Bachelor’s degree or working towards Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years experience in healthcare sourcing and recruitment, recruitment specific to therapists is required
• 1-3 years experience in high volume recruitment
• Demonstrable sourcing experience utilizing resources beyond LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Ability to use creativity to solve problems and test new approaches
• Impressive time management and project management skills
• Attention to detail
• At ease with ambiguity
• Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation 

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The hourly range for this role is between $30 and $40 per hour. Within the hourly range, candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications are used to determine rate.
