Contract Finance Executive - AP (6 months)

Responsibilities

• Manage AP related matters
• Process bulk payouts to users
• Prepare vendor payments in the bank portal for authorisation and obtain approval per the bank authorisation approval matrix
• Review employee claims and process reimbursement
• Monitor bank balance and ensure sufficient funds to pay merchants
• Involve in month end closing and audit preparation
• Manage the bank reconciliation process
• Prepare payables aging report
• Manage CX team requests related to users
• Safekeeping of accounting documents such as bank statements and remittance advices
• Assist on any ad hoc task assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in the tech or financial services industry will be a plus point.
• Experience in Oracle Netsuite is welcomed
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A committed team player with good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
