Contract Logistics Admin

Fluidra is seeking a contract Logistics Admin to join the team at our North American Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

• Assist with domestic freight requirements (Eng, Quality, IoT, etc)
• File and assist with freight claims
• Assist with domestic and international shipment tracking
• Detailed oriented a must:
  • Auditing commercial invoices primary responsibility
  • Import/export document retention maintenance
  • Current Logistics logs maintenance

WHAT WE SEEK

• 2+ years in administrative type role
• Logistics or freight forwarder knowledge preferred (i.e. pier pass, demurrage, detention fees)
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and consistently meet tight timeline
• Ability to work independently and communicate with others effectively
• Basic to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Word, excel, etc.)
• Basic to intermediate skill level in Google (Sheets, Drive)
• DHL, Fedex & UPS experience
• Bilingual Preferred - fluency in Spanish

EDUCATION

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, etc. is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
