Contract Marketing Program Manager

Tecovas is the first direct-to-consumer western brand, founded with the simple goal of making the world’s best western boots, apparel and leather goods - and selling them at a fair price. We are a brand revolutionizing a category and welcoming first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike. 

Tecovas is looking for a Contract Marketing Program Manager to help lead the planning and execution of priority marketing initiatives and campaigns. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, you will provide critical daily support across the marketing and creative team, requiring strong organization and project management skills. From day one, the Contract Marketing Program Manager will contribute to existing programs and projects, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with Tecovas’ goals. This role will work cross-functionally and will require ongoing follow-up with both internal and occasionally external parties to drive initiatives forward.

This is a temporary 4-month contract position beginning in early August. This position is based out of Austin, TX but will have the ability to work from in-home and in-office. 

What you’ll do:

• Organize and project manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, content, and ad hoc project requests
• Facilitate and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Create project timelines and set milestones/deliverables for marketing initiatives (from media campaigns to product launches), ensuring all tasks meet their respective deadlines
• Work cross-functionally to scope requirements for projects with Marketing and/or Creative dependencies
• Optimize workflows so projects effectively meet set objectives, are completed on or before the deadline, and maintain a high-quality standard of branded work
• Maintain marketing projects and campaign calendars in Monday.com, while deeply understanding the necessary stages of the campaign lifecycle (briefing, strategy, and execution)
• Ensure all project-related materials are properly organized and archived upon completion

Experience we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of marketing/creative project management experience, preferably in the digital, ecommerce space
• 2+ years managing integrated marketing projects
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing workflows/sprint planning, proficiency with project management systems (preferably Monday.com)
• Bonus points for experience in Agile Marketing practices
