Position: Contract Negotiations Specialist

Location: Remote- St. Paul, MN 55101

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities: Assistance in evaluating current and future technology contracts for software, hardware, and service vendors. Will assist with negotiation and vendor management. May assist with audit requests. Provide analysis and review of contracts to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Candidates must have extensive experience working with technology providers and vendors.

10 years of experience high volume technology procurement and contracting

Contracts Review

Must have 10 years of experience in conducting legal analysis of technology contracts in high volume IT departments supporting large organizations. Can provide high value recommendations for improvement of contract terms and use optimization to achieve cost savings.

Expertise in IT infrastructure architectures

Experience in designing infrastructure architectures to support enterprise needs, including those to support Oracle Applications, PeopleSoft, Microsoft and SAP solutions.

Analysis of technology products

Broad understanding of technology vendor products and solutions to provide in-depth expertise and insight.

Negotiations expertise

Contract analysis and negotiation strategy development, identification of core IT spend reduction areas.
