We are looking for Contract Operations Associate to join our OneSource Krakow team.

Role Priorities and Objectives:

• Quote creation and contract booking for the OneSource Service contract accounts

• Invoice creation and customization for OneSource service contracts

• Ensuring accuracy of varied contract coverage offered

• Equipment change management - adds, deletes and changes of OneSource instruments

• Quality checks for contracts and customer invoices, regular progress reporting

• Monitoring contract renewals and supporting local Sales and Delivery teams

Additional Responsibilities

• Working closely with financial team to ensure accurate financial performance reporting

• Supporting ongoing continuous improvements for the OneSource business

• Monitoring contract renewal dates and supporting local Sales and Delivery teams

• Participating in additional projects like Robotics Process Automation
