Job Description:

The Contract Pricing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team and Vendors to ensure company contract pricing is maintained. The duties of the Contract Pricing Coordinator will allow the smooth flow of internal and external communications ultimately supporting and increasing company sales and profitability.
 

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Review and maintenance of existing contract pricing

• Updating contract pricing in Legacy and SAP systems

• New contract set up, both internal and vendor

• Collaboration with other departments such as Strategic Accounts, Sales, and Pricing/Costing

• Vendor communications
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-3 of pricing or related experience. Track record of performing analysis in a fast-paced environment preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize 

• Must have experience with Excel, Word, and email communications

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Team player, self-motivated with a strong desire for success
   

Preferred Qualifications

•  Prior industry experience preferred.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
