We are looking for a Contract Process Administrator to play an integral role in facilitating the end-to-end enterprise contract procurement process. The successful candidate must have a strong attention to detail, be organized and capable of working cross functionally with business owners, our legal team and third-party vendors. They will possess the ability to balance high workload and understand the importance of adhering to the Procure to Pay workflow. Additionally, this person will be an energetic, hands-on individual who can embrace organizational change and work collaboratively with others. This position reports to the Tech Transactions Corporate Counsel .
What You'll Be Doing:
  • System Administration
    • Play an integral role in the management and implementation of enterprise procurement process
    • Educate and guide internal stakeholders through the procurement process
    • Maintain metadata housed in the procurement systems to support analytics on process improvements and workflow
    • Ensure all approved vendor contracts and related documents are executed and uploaded to the online repository.
    • Provide and maintain training documentation for the procurement process workflow and systems.
  • Contract Facilitation
    • Facilitate communication between third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, procurement, legal and finance teams.
    • Manage internal cross functional approval process to ensure vendor negotiations are completed as efficiently as possible.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects, and analysis, as needed.

What You'll Add to DigitalOcean:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' project management, system administration, or equivalent experience
  • Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with legal contracts, procurement, and/or finance highly preferred
  • Should exhibit strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and time management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and backbone are a must
  • Strong systems skills; experience with programs like Coupa, Evisort, or NetSuite highly preferred

  • We reward our employees . The base salary range for this position is between $80,000-$110,000 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S.. Employees may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees including grants of equity upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
