Job Responsibilities

• Develop and employ recruiting and sourcing strategies to maintain a strong talent network
• Build and execute best-in-class practices for end to end candidate experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding
• Manage referral and development programs
• Continual branding of the organization and positioning it as a top workplace within the marketplace
• Coordinate and attend job fairs; maintain recruiting relationships with schools, universities and organizations

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years' experience in talent acquisition
