Job Description

The Position:

We are on the lookout for a vibrant Contract Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to join our HR team.  You will be a virtuoso orchestrating the perfect candidate experience from start to finish.  From scheduling interviews to hosting candidates onsite, your keen eye for detail and knack for communication will ensure every candidate feels like a VIP.

Your Impact:

  • Ensure a seamless full cycle candidate journey, including interview scheduling, travel coordination, onboarding support, ordering candidate lunches, acting as the onsite candidate host, and various other tasks supporting the interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize Greenhouse to manage logistical needs in the hiring process including opening and posting roles, calendaring, tracking candidate progress, updating candidate statuses, managing candidate documentation (NDA, Offer Letter, etc.) and generating
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
  • Support organization and activities related to planning and executing the summer internship program.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and colleagues at all levels in a timely, proactive, and respectively assertive manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience booking candidate travel arrangements is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
