Contract - Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description:
 

What You'll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones including phone screens video interviews panel interviews and onsite visits
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process providing timely communication and a world-class experience
• Partner with recruiters to manage requisition workflows track candidates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure data integrity
• Prepare and distribute interview materials including job descriptions scorecards and hiring manager prep guides
• Support process improvement initiatives to scale recruiting operations as Uniphore grows

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator HR coordinator or administrative role supporting talent acquisition
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; you represent Uniphore at every candidate touchpoint
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse Lever Workday or similar) and scheduling tools (Google Calendar Outlook Calendly)
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Experience in a fast-growing technology or SaaS company is a plus

Hiring Range:

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
