The Job

Join our team at Tango as a Contract Revenue Operations Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our revenue team, encompassing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders.

Your keen eye for detail will allow you to pinpoint customers with unique growth or decline patterns, advising individual Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and the CSM leader accordingly.

In this role, you'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CSM leaders on ad-hoc projects aimed at exceeding our annual revenue goals. Proactivity is key as you continuously improve our Salesforce reports and platform usage, leading initiatives related to lead assignment and follow-up. Working cross-departmentally, you'll ensure data and trends are reported across the revenue organization, identifying opportunities to accelerate revenue growth for divisional leadership.

This role is initially offered as a three-month contract with the possibility of extension and potential transition into a full-time position.
