The Role 

As a Contract Sales Manager at Miso Robotics, and based on your expertise, you will support the creation of our Customer Relationship Management process. We look to you to gather market feedback and customer feedback to support Miso Robotics with finding the best way to manage customer needs. We look to you to help us streamline our process in communicating and managing Miso Robotics customers. 

The pay range for this position is $32.45 - 50.48/hr + commission (if applicable). Our salary ranges are determined by data from our industry peers, the level of responsibility, job-related skills required, training, education, experience, and the current stage of Miso’s growth. The range posted for this role represents a range that Miso Robotics, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Miso by training our customers on our products
  • Create and update sales collateral; deliver presentations on our products.
  • Support Miso by leading in person sales tours of the Miso Robotics lab for potential customers.
  • Refine and Improve Miso Robotics’ CRM process.
  • Present research on the market landscape and how our product is uniquely positioned.
  • Partner with the existing Miso sales team to achieve the best possible results.
  • Other projects as agreed upon between Miso Robotics and Consultant

Requirements

 

  • Experience in restaurant operational design is strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and customer relations 
  • Travel up to 20% on behalf of Miso Robotics and as agreed upon with Contractor
