Contract Senior Recruiter

The Koddi Senior Recruiter (Contractor) participates in the hiring process from beginning to end. Primarily, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of candidates with the goal of growing and scaling the team. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, to reduce our time-to-hire, and to ensure we are attracting top-notch talent to join our crazy talented team.

As a Senior Recruiter you utilize your strong communication skills and are confident in finding just the right person...maybe even a bit competitive about it. If this is you, we want to meet you! Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

What You Will Do

• Manages the day-to-day work of the recruiting function 
• Interviews and screens applicants; conducts reference checks
• Facilitates and conducts outbound recruiting
• Sources and identifies candidates for specialized or difficult-to-attract positions
• Coordinates and plans recruiting events
• Manages and maintains university recruiting events
• Revamps recruiting processes as needed
• Acts as a liaison between all candidates and the company
• Monitors the Applicant Tracking System, screens and oversees the application process
• Participates in determining resource needs, requirements, hiring forecasts and communications
• Assists People Operations leadership with project and resource management
• Tracks project progress and providing status updates
• Proactively manages changes in project scope and identifies potential roadblocks
• Contributes to high impact projects

What Skills or Experience You Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years related work experience 
• Advanced recruiting skills and strong computer software skills
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Strong team player
• Self-motivated and like to learn new tools and technology
