Looking for great culture and excellent work environment? Do you look to think outside the box? Fast growing Mortgage company is looking for an experienced Sourcer/Recruiter in the Rosemont area. Offers ability to work 100% remote! Need to have at least two years heavy volume sourcing, using creative tools, job boards and networking. Pays up to $60K and full health benefits offered at 60 days! All equipment provided.

Job Duties:

• High volume of calls, research and active sourcing to identify talent
• Using creative avenues and tools to source candidates
• Work with Recruiting team to understand qualifying questions, assessment of candidate skills, understand the positions
• Identify potential candidates and gain their interest in the positions
• Pass viable candidates along to recruiters

• About 1-3 years of sourcing experience: this person will not be recruiting
• Experience with high volume sourcing using the phone to gain intel and make outbound calls to network
• Ability to quickly assess candidates on the phone, ask qualifying questions and not be afraid to told no
• Use LinkedIn and Indeed, creative sourcing ideas and research people to find candidates
• Working WIFI to work remote and quiet space at home to work
